DocFlock allows so many login attempts to an account. If the attempts exceed the threshold, then the account become disabled - which can be enabled again. If a user is locked out of their account, administrators and supervisors are able to reset their password. 

To reset password:

  • Go to the "Settings" tab
  • Select the "Users" tab


  • Find the user that needs their password reset
  • Click on the "Set Password" button under the "Action" column


  • Type in the new password
  • Click the "Save" button
