Events can be managed through Docflock’s Calendar feature. The core purpose of the calendar allows each user in the customer account to schedule events with patients and doctors. With a wide range of capabilities aside from scheduling events, the calendar can also monitor the statuses of events--whether it is pending, checked in, completed; look up documents for that specific event; or create documents from that event.
To create an event:
- Go to "Calendar" tab
- Find the correct date and time for the event
- Click the time slot
- Fill out the fields in the "Create New Event" window
- Click the "Create" button
