The search page allows users to create and search patients within the customer/organizational unit’s patient database.

To create a new patient:

  • Click the “ + “ button 

  • Fill out the necessary fields on the Patient Details screen 
  • Upload any necessary documents 
  • Click the “Save” button 

To search for a patient:

  • Type patient’s information in 1 or all of the 4 fields (First Name, Last Name, Gender, Birthday) under Records Request. 

  • Click the magnifying glass to search
