The contrast between a contact and a DocFlock user is, a contact does not have a DocFlock account or is not in the same customer group. In order to fax documents to others outside the customer group that the user is associated with, a contact must be created for that individual. 

To create a new contact:

  • Go to the "Settings" tab
  • Select the "Contacts" tab
  • Click the "New Contact" button
  • Fill out the contact information fields

  • Click the "Save" button when done
