The contrast between a contact and a DocFlock user is, a contact does not have a DocFlock account or is not in the same customer group. In order to fax documents to others outside the customer group that the user is associated with, a contact must be created for that individual.
To create a new contact:
- Go to the "Settings" tab
- Select the "Contacts" tab
- Click the "New Contact" button
- Fill out the contact information fields
- Click the "Save" button when done
