What is a user? A user is an individual with specific permissions or privileges based on their role within the organization.

A user must be invited in order to be added on to the user database:

  • Go to the “Settings” tab 
  • Select the “Users” tab 
  • Select the “Invite” button 


  • Fill out the fields in the "Invite User" window


  • Select the "Save" button

Once the invitation is sent, the invited user will receive an email from DocFlock stating they have been invited to join DocFlock.
