Within the document page, users have the option to assign specific action items, write comments and share with others within their customer group or forward outbound when viewing the document. Users are also able to monitor the document’s interactions with other users through the custody trackers on the right side panel. Wait, what if there are thousands upon thousands of documents? At the top of the table are boxes that allow users to filter through the thousands upon thousands of documents based on time frame and/or name criteria. From there, users can sort to display the results ascending or descending. All these document actions are created to be a click away -- cutting time in half to manage documents and making life a lot simpler!
